"Eddie's team is versatile, efficient, and super thoughtful. I really enjoyed the process--a quick 3 weeks to take my basement from gutted to gleaming in-law apartment (bathroom and kitchenette). I wasn't too picky about the finishings, so for the most part I just let Eddie make the decisions, and everything looks absolutely fantastic. He helped increase the value of my house, for sure, and his team were consummate professionals that did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. "The team did a great job. They replaced a concrete walkway in the front of my house with pavers, installed a terraced paver patio in the backyard, and regraded half my backyard. The guys worked constantly and past dark every day, and they finished faster than I expected. The quality of the work is top notch.
