"Don Thomas is a true gem. I have had to use his services two times in the last few months. Both times was on a Saturday. Today I was experiencing a back up in septic system. Doing laundry and my toilet was bubbling up sludge. Yuck. I called him up and this weekend is a holiday weekend. He was with family. We agreed that he would come this coming week. He called me back and said he would come by to fix the immediate issue so that my family and I could wash clothes and dishes and take showers without worrying that we would be cleaning ourselves or our dishes or clothes in crap. We are so thankful for the thoughtfulness and the sacrifice from Don. The day went from shitty to giddy. Woohoo. Highly recommend"

"The lack of integrity and quality of work was not what I expected from a company that has been around for so long. Work ethic and quality of work has greatly diminished over the years. We paid over $21,000 for electrical on a remodel and instead of replacing 40+ year old wiring, they just spliced parts of new wire to the old wire AND left most of the wiring hanging down on the ground. They also had cut the wire in several places and did not fix it until we called them. I would not recommend them or the contractors that use them (Pressnell Enterprises)"

We no longer support Angies List (AL)! Why? We were recently called by AL telling us that we had some complaints that we needed to address. When I called AL back about these, I was informed that no there wasn't any complaint but I needed to advertise with AL. I have entered 2 different complaints via the AL web site with out response.
