"Tune up went fine once they finally arrived to do the work. We received and accepted the quote w/in a week. Then the wait began. Quote was received in May. I called the office twice to see when work could begin. Each time I called I was told they were busy with higher priority customers who had no air conditioning at all. After the third phone call and being told the same thing (NOTE: Since the duct work in my home had been destroyed by animals getting into the crawl space, I basically have no air conditioning either.) I decided I couldn't count on this company. It is now almost August and they still haven't called to set up a time to install the duct work."
