"Discovered poor builder installation of dryer ductwork when attempting to clean out the piping. Requested quotes through Angie. Scott called me that same evening (a Sunday!) and asked if he could come the next day at 10:00am. He showed up the next day right at 10:00am, as promised, to asses the work, free of charge. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional. Scott is professional, personable and incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be using him again."

"I have had difficulty finding a good workman in Blacksburg so I went to Home advisor to find one. I had used Home advisor before to fiind a plumber and was beyond thankful that I did. I found Johnson Heating and Air this time and they were very professional and came out when I need them to. I have a full time job and my daughter is at school so we cant afford to wait all day for someone to not show up. He did a great job and was so courteous as well."
