"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. "The job went very well - from the initial visit to the install to the post-installation followup.
George came to our home one evening that was convenient for us. He spent quite a bit of time and showed us sample doors and colors with no high pressure sales tactics. He offered several options that met our needs.  Once we called and said we wanted to place the order, the installer came within a few days to measure the door.
The custom-made door arrived in about one month. The installation went very smoothly with no issues. The installer cleaned up after himself and we are very happy with the work - the new door looks great!!  The installer had to remove the existing threshold and replace with a new threshold. This required some custom woodworking - you can't even tell there was ever a different threshold in that location.
George even followed up to ensure that we were happy before we even paid for the door.
We have used Northcoast in the past (insulation and storm windows) and will definitely use Northcoast for work in the future.
