He called me back within 30 minutes to advise he had the parts and what the cost to repair would be. We agreed on a time for the same day and he showed up on time. During the repairs (which took about 45 minutes), I mentioned a possible problem with my clothes dryer. He checked the dryer and found a major problem waiting to happen. He showed me the problem, had the parts and repaired it. It took about an hour and a half to complete both issues, all on the same day and at a great price. I now have my washer and dryer like new.
