"Oh, my gosh! In a world where truly good or even amazing customer service is totally hard to find, Matt from DogSafe Underground Fences is THE BEST!!! He explained so much to me before during and after the installation process. It was fascinating (to me) and SO helpful to understand the technology he uses!! It helped me understand how this would prevent my husky mix from sailing over our back yard fence. With his technology, we can literally make out back fence 11 feet high without having to replace our widen split rail fence and violate the HOA rules about fence height. Matt is a kind, sweet, intelligent, sincere, hard-working and compassionate gentleman. He owns and runs the company and said to call him any time with any questions even on weekends.
