The clogs were tougher than expected, but they went the extra mile and worked tirelessly for hours to clear those lines. They even went and got another machine to help with the issue. Juan made sure every line in the house was cleared and we saw the camera footage to prove it. What a difference from the original images we saw!!! Ace is not the cheapest option, but if you want the job done RIGHT, then choose Ace. After watching those two men in action for hours of hard labor, we know that no other company would have gone to that extent. We are now confident that our plumbing has been restored."

"After reading all the positive reviews on Angie's list, I initially called the provider about a month before my second attempt; I left a detailed message and never received a response.  The second time I decided to purchase a "Big Deal' coupon (185.00 for 200.00 worth of work) and I received a return call within an hour.  I explained that I had a leaky shower valve and would prefer it be replaced as the finish does not match the shower head; I was asked to text photos so the correct handle could be purchased. I also needed a sink stopper repaired and a shut off knob replaced on the ice maker line. We scheduled the appointment and Joe was punctual.
The valve was repaired as was the ice maker shut off knob.  Joe did not  replace the shower valve, I believe he said he could not find one in brushed nickel to match the head (I was not home at the time, but my husband was).  The sink stopper wasn't replaced as he didn't have one long enough with him.  While I'm satisfied with the repairs that were completed, I'm not happy about having to pay another service call if I decide to have these issues addressed.  As far as price, I'm not sure what the going rate is for these types of repairs but I probably wouldn't purchase these deal coupons again as there's no way of knowing what the regular cost would have been. 200.00 seems steep for two minor fixes.  Based on other reviews and the fact that the provider showed up on time and the repairs held up, I would use Joe's plumbing again.

"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We'd used Service One for maintenance for several years and knew their work was great. This service continued. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). Alfredo didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. The 2 guys that did the work were a great team working together to get it done. Completely cleaned up everything. They installed entire new drain line, outdoor and indoor unit. I nicknamed one the A/C STAR LORD! J.P was awesome too. thanks service one. We'll continue to send our business your way."
