I'm going to be totally honest with the people of Angi- We hired this team to perform a siding job and it originally didn't go well. They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes. I appreciate this more than the team knows because too often contractors are not true to what they say. This team is running an honest business that I can truthfully say that I trust. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost.
