"I rarely rate companies but I feel this company deserves a positive mention. First from a business standpoint I was very pleased. They were the first company to respond to my request. They presented a very competitive bid that offered pricing for either composite or wood material. They worked with me on alternatives until I made a decision. They were able to start work without a long wait. HR Renovations kept in contact with me regarding their plan and their crew stuck to the schedule. Secondly, I really liked the crew they had doing the work at my house. They were friendly but not intrusive. They worked through the day without a ton of breaks and did a very methodical and professional job. I felt very comfortable having them working around the house. Each day they picked up the work area and left it in clean and organized shape. The job was finished on time and I am very happy with the final product. I will have them back again for any additional work I need done."

"The work I had was replacing some rotten fascia boards on my house and cutting back some tree limbs hanging over my roof. I was contacted immediately after putting my project on Angi. Mr. Davis came out the same day to do a quote. My project was scheduled and finished in the next 2 weeks. The crew was great. During the work, they found more rotten boards by a downspout that needed to be replaced. They showed it to me, we had a quick call with Mr. Davis to discuss the added cost, and they were able to knock it out. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to use them for future projects."

The entire staff was professional and courteous to include the estimator, office staff, guys actually building the deck and the project managers that would stop by. "From the design to the build to the finishing features and everything in between, URB was excellent. It was their architect that came out and their designer that consulted with us for the plans. Having had an addition built before, I worried about hidden cost, we had a chat about that before hand and I can tell you that I had no surprises in that department. My addition was delayed because of the COVID 19 restrictions but URB kept checking in and kept me abreast of the situation on their end. As soon as everything opened up they were ready to go. This brings me to what really set them apart. Their site manager was amazing. He was professional. He was considerate. His crews were polite, professional and hard working. He set realistic deadlines and met them. Any question or concerns were answered and addressed promptly. I know they were working on other projects but I didnâ  t ever feel like I was not getting the attention that my project needed. I anticipate that we will have other design/construction/remodeling needs in the future and I know exactly who I will call upon for that task."
