He came the very next day and fixed my roof within a few hours. He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated throughout the project and provided me with a thorough run down of the work he did, the expected remaining life of my roof, and other general roof and shingle related information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not try to convince me that I needed an entire new roof - in fact, he assured me that I could get another 10 years out of it and thus was making the right decision with this repair."

"Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."
