Dennis Rockefeller and his men identified what went wrong from our first reno and worked quickly and professionally to tear out the entire shower and replace everything for us. We were kept informed of every step by Dennis showing up every morning. He explained everything clearly to us and used quality products so we will not need to worry about the future of the new shower. Everyone who worked with Dennis was polite and efficient. "We just completed our basement project. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and we just hit 7.5 weeks. The coordination of each step of the process was fantastic. The only downside is the workers came 1 time per week each of the 7 weeks. I think maybe one week more than 1 crew came, but each stage was done 1 day out of the week once a week (ex: Tuesday the framers came, the following week: Friday the electrician came, the following week: Wednesday the sheet rock guys came, etc.). It would have gone much quicker if each stage was back to back days, but again we were told 6-8 weeks from day one and thatâ s what we got. Gail (who is the point of contact for coordination and payments) was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Every team except the spackle team was super clean and picked up after themselves. Paint team was fantastic! The final product is exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommend Basic Basements!"
