He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. Anthony braved freezing weather to finish the ramp for us in a timely fashion, and we are most grateful to him, Thanks to NB Woodworks, our rental now has ADA safe access and our tenant has full use of the building space. Neat as could be. If there were some issue, and there were rare, Benjy took care of it immediately. There were no surprises as to cost or schedule. He made suggestions when needed. However shortly after meeting John and his crew I could tell that John is a guy that I would feel uncomfortable to do business with. I could see he took great pride in what he was doing. My instincts were right. He did everything he said he would do and more. As a matter of fact he stopped by my house one day after finishing up another job just to check on the progress. John wasn't happy with the way something came out on the deck. Without me even having to say anything he pointed it out and said he was going to have his crew redo the work and apologized that it was going set us back 1/2 days work (at no cost to us of course) . He was very easy to deal with and more importantly listened to us, his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and can't wait to use him again on our next project."
