Even though he needed to come back the next day to finish the job (he didn't have a tool he didn't expect to use), he was very straightforward, apologetic, and honest about it. Even with delays, Erica made sure I had the latest information and never hesitate to call. Our installer for the shower was very polite and made sure he had all supplies. He installed the shower in one day. The counter top was installed three days later. The installer was polite and even came up with solutions when the installed plumbing needed adjustments."
