"Audie helped me fix a job that went poorly with another repairmen. He showed up next day, walked me through all the issues, and did a great job. Even though he needed to come back the next day to finish the job (he didn't have a tool he didn't expect to use), he was very straightforward, apologetic, and honest about it.
