Please text or call (718) 300-5172 for free estimates or to schedule services. We're the pest control experts you can trust to take care of your home, no matter where it is in New York City and Tri-State area! Over 20 years worth of experience means we have seen just about every type or size infestation that there is. Whether its restaurants, business establishments, or homes - even those pesky insects under furniture--we've got what it takes!
"Job was for Roaches, I reached out to C&C, got a reasonable quote ($350 for 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms + a 2 week follow up) had a few questions answered quickly via text, and scheduled an appointment. once scheduled, C&C told me to empty kitchen cabinets in preparation. I did all that had food, all that had visible roach remains. When he arrived , he said I had to empty 100% of the cabinets. This slightly vague communication was ok, not great. He did the work, in a careful an conscientious way. After the gel-baiting, he said he would spray the cabinets and kitchen, and after that, we should leave the kitchen area for 1 week. I was surprised that we were expected to not use the kitchen for a week, and told him: that's the kind of news you should tell customers at the start!" His response was, ok, use kitchen next day. I don't understand what the 7 days is for if 1 is enough? Why start with that? Our interest was in 1) a job well done, roaches exterminated for as long as possible. And at same time, 2) house left in condition where we (family and dog) were not at risk of any poisoning or similar from the treatment he used. So if 1 day gets same quality as 7? or might 7 days be a more effective treatment? I couldn't get a clear answer from him. I asked for the MTSD data sheets for the products he used, as he couldn’t give me a sense of what the reasoning/risks were. He sent them. Before he left, I paid him the $350, and we scheduled his follow-up. I told him I expected we would have to reschedule, as tenants needed to be consulted, he seemed ok with this. Once I had spoken to the tenants, I had new dates to propose to C&C. I tried texting, calling and asking tenants to contact him. None of these approaches got a reply. I found C&C’s website, and sent them a message there. So In the end: 1) They have not delivered on what was promised for the amount paid. 2) their communication started ok, but once they had the money, they lost their professional approach. I’d not hire them again."

"I just got off the phone with the owner Ray from the Queens location who is completely unprofessional. I had called a month ago to fix a water bug problem in my boiler room. I paid $220 for this service. A week after I noticed a water bug near my bedroom. (FYI my house is completely immaculate so it's not coming from anywhere else but my basement). I immediately called to say that the spray they used didn't work, and they told me to give it some more time. Fast forward a month later and I still have the same problem. I had called Ray a second time to tell him how the problem was never resolved in the first place. I asked if they can come back and try using the gravel instead of the spray because it's stronger. I feel that I paid for a service that I never received. However Ray didn't think I was a good enough customer because I only call yearly for summer service. He wants to scam and get me to pay for monthly service blaming it on rain. (It's 90 degrees today) I told him I didn't mind paying for monthly service but that I would like him to waive a one time fee being that the bugs never responded to the chemicals used. I can understand if the problem returned months later but not one week later. Do not use their service!!"

Pest control professionals can use poisonous bait, set traps, fumigate, or a combination of these treatments to get rid of moles. Depending on the method, they will return to remove the bodies or release the moles in a suitable environment far from your home (at least 5 miles). You can try to remove moles yourself using traps and repellents, but if you're dealing with a large infestation, it's better to hire a professional.
"Moles are attracted to a yard rich in food sources and loose, moist soil. They are drawn by abundant grubs, earthworms, and insects that make a nourishing meal for them. Moist, well-drained soil also enables easy tunneling, which further encourages these animals to inhabit your yard. Recognizing these factors can help you understand why moles appear on your property."
To make your yard less attractive to moles, alter your landscape to remove the conditions they favor. Install deep barriers around garden beds, clear out debris such as tree stumps and dead leaves, and manage grub populations actively. Incorporate plants known to deter moles, such as daffodils, marigolds, and garlic, to significantly discourage their presence.
Moles pose minimal danger to you. They do not carry rabies and do not bite humans under normal circumstances. Their impact is confined to creating tunnels that may cause minor lawn damage. In the event of a bite, immediate medical care is recommended to prevent infection and to ensure proper treatment, although bites are extremely uncommon.
"Moles, shrews, and voles differ in both appearance and behavior. Moles are burrowing mammals with large claws designed for digging and are focused on consuming insects beneath the soil. Shrews are smaller with clearly visible eyes, often inhabiting tunnels dug by others. Voles feature larger, distinct eyes and primarily consume plants and seeds. Understanding these differences helps in identifying and managing each pest appropriately."
