"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."

"Overall i was pretty satisfied with these guys. The project manager Asaf , helped me pick out the necessary  items i needed and helped me with some design ideas.  The project was supposed to take 5 weeks and ended up taking 8 weeks. This was due to  a variety of things.  The day  before they were to start construction , they called me to push it back a week.  It didn't matter much to me but delayed the project.  There was also some miscalculation on some measurements they took but eventually everything worked out.  There were minor snags in the paperwork and processing ( i financed through their recommended company), but everything worked out in the end . I am happy with the product overall although they left a large plastic drain pipe measuring 10 feet on m patio.  no biggy but its still here !!!  Asi and Asef and their team were pros all the way

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

"We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our house as we knew we had problems with the insulation and windows. My wife called several companies and after her research, we decided to hire SES builders to do an energy audit so we better understand what we can do to to make it better. When we got the results, we met with SES builder’s project manager Eli so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Eli made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. We were so impressed with the work that we decided to let them take care of the back yard and to do the landscape for us and we must state that it also came out gorgeous! We want to thank Eli for his great service during this remodeling project. It was a pleasure working with him and we would strongly recommend him and SES builders to whomever is interesting in any type of remodeling!"

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"
