"Long stressful experience. I canâ t go into detail with all of the issues we encountered because there were so many. I do not recommend using Cabinet Craft finishes. We should have only had them replace the door faces and paint but unfortunately we made the mistake of having them build a custom island, additional cabinets and other carpentry work. The quality and craftsmanship are certainly below what we expected for what we paid. Our general impression is they sold us on the work without having the skill or expertise to do it. With the amount of scratching, chipping and dents we already have to the faces and frame within a month, we will be redoing this work within a couple years. **Update: Despite assurances from the owner, Michael, that he would address our concerns by January, we've yet to hear from them. Despite our persistent attempts to reach out via calls, texts, and emails, there's been no response. We even offered to take matters into our own hands and fix the kitchen ourselves if only they'd guide us on material sourcing, yet they've remained unresponsive. While it's tempting to attribute this silence to our review, it's unacceptable for any business to neglect customer follow-up. We paid them $5,500 to build a new kitchen island, only to receive a subpar product fraught with issues. From misaligned doors to the absence of essential features like a required electrical outlet and proper trash compartmentalization, the island falls short of basic standards. Their inability to mount the trash pullout door properly left us with unsightly holes and a shabby result. Visitors have remarked on the poor craftsmanship, echoing our disappointment. Initially, Michael was charming and attentive during the sales pitch. However, his demeanor shifted post-sale. Despite multiple complaints, he reached out only once to discuss the issues, never bothering to inspect the problems firsthand. Furthermore, our project manager, whom we contacted for assistance, seems to have parted ways with the company. Our only recourse is to document our experience here for potential customers to make informed decisions. It's regrettable that what began as a promising transaction devolved into such a disheartening ordeal."

"This is a frustrated review. Dreamstyle did an amazing job on my kitchen (spring - fall 2023) after a leaking dishwasher made remodeling a necessary purchase. When it was all done, we found that we could use an additional shelf in one of our cabinets. We did not know prior to signing off on paperwork because we had not put everything back in the kitchen. After looking around for a quick fix we reached out a month after the project was complete to see if we could purchase one. We were told yes, we could order an additional shelf, and it would cost $100. We agreed because we were having a hard time finding a workable solution. The request was made in January 2024, after checking in almost monthly with assurances from Kobe that he was working on it, we finally were told in June that the shelves (we ordered 3 in total) would be available for install in July. In July, the contractor came, and realized that the wrong shelf had been ordered, even though we had included the correct measurements in a text message to Kobe. Kobe assumed what cabinet we were requesting the additional shelves for. The contractor called Kobe, and Kobe said we never gave him the measurements, to which we showed the contractor the text message thread. The contractor said that he would be back before the end of the week with a workable solution. In August 2024, we reached out to Kobe and have not received a response of any kind. In September 2024, I began reaching out to Dreamstyle direct and have been assured I would receive both an email and a phone call, I have received neither. I just want a shelf, I hate that I have a beautiful kitchen and such a sour taste in my mouth from the experience because I have been ghosted."

"Fantastic. The first day I met Ken, whom I affectionately refer to as Kenny, he was extremely informative about the process he would do to paint my cabinets. He gave me a fair and honest quote for the job. I had two additional bids that were considerably higher than the bid from Fifer Painting Corp. Once I hired Kenny, he began working on my kitchen within days. He worked with me to find the perfect shade of blue for my lower cabinets. After approximately eight or nine samples, he found the perfect color. He worked quickly and carefully to complete my project in a timely manner. Then in the middle of it all, I had my floors done with the installation of new baseboards. Kenny affirmed for me that flooring guys don’t usually paint baseboards and he would be willing to paint them for me at an affordable price. This was a load off my shoulders as I didn’t have time to deal with this while working and moving. I definitely will hire Fifer Painting Corp for many more projects in my new home. Luckily Kenny has agreed to continue to help me make my house a home with the stroke of his paint brush and his eye for color."
