"Roof work has been good so far. Drywall and bathroom work quality was very poor, with amateur level mistakes. Regular drywall was used above a fireplace, not fire rated drywall. When pointing out it was not up to code they tore it down and redid it correctly. The wrong bathtub was purchased and installed. It turned out the bathtub we wanted was a special order. Instead of stopping and asking us what we wanted to do, they bought and installed a completely different bathtub. The correct one was then ordered and eventually installed. Used galvanized steel on tub hardware install, leading to brown water on first operation, the plumber that fixed their work said the only way that was possible was if it was re-used from another job. Bathtub surround tile job was poorly done and did not match quality shown on Facebook, no spacers or edgers used. Not even a month later and grout is cracking and coming out. Overall a very poorly done, rushed job."

My experience on my popcorn ceiling removal project was not good. The guys did not know how to scrape a popcorn ceiling so I sent them a video. They also did not know how to paint. They made a very large mess and I had to clean up after them. Experience matters. In Spanish, because they didn’t speak English well. Estoy seguro de que estos tipos son capaces de hacer bien el trabajo de paneles de yeso. Especialmente cuando hacer un desastre no importa, como en la construcción de casas nuevas. "This has been an absolute horror show of contracting, I Hired ARC to do my Rubber Flat roof replacement with a foam taper to help give it pitch. They tried to rush the job in the late fall and showed up unannounced to deliver the install materials but didn't bring the main part the Taper system then said due COVID and supply chain it wouldn't be until March or April before it was in stock. End of April still haven't heard back so I called them and they acted like oh yeah it's been here I don't know why no one called yet. Now Here we are ½ way through the roof replacement that should have taken 2 days and my kids bedroom is leaking water because they only had 2 guys doing the job and they only got ½ the roof done and didn't manage to get it sealed or as the Appleton Manager Ryan told me dried in. They knew a storm was due to roll through tonight and didn't ensure the job was done right or even close to at all."
