"I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! In most cases, you do not need to hire an architect for a garage conversion. An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
