"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Painting job good—- painters broke water pipe to fridge and owner of company had a breakdown when I asked them to cover plumbers bill not covered by insurance. They’re insured—— the remediation and restoration of floor and basement ceiling totaled $4400.00 which my insurance covered less my 500 deductible and the 425.00 plumbing bill….so I thought it fair to ask Levine to cover the latter two. Avoid Levine Painting if you value a company that insures when workers make a mistake that causes damage."

You should rent a pressure washer if you only use it once or twice per year or simply don’t have the space to store one. A pressure washer with a higher PSI means greater cleaning power for grease and stubborn stains, while a pressure washer with a lower PSI protects delicate surfaces from damage. Most pressure washers deliver between 1,000 and 5,000 PSI, depending on the type.
Pressure washing your deck is effective for quickly eliminating dirt, grime, and mildew, and this technique is suitable when the deck is in sound condition. The ability to clean without altering the surface structure makes it ideal for maintenance; however, if your deck requires surface preparation for refinishing, sanding may be preferred.
