"There service Technician came out to diagnose my malfunctioning furnace and said he would have to red tag my furnace because the heat exchanger was cracked, I could no longer use it. after the furnace was removed so they could install the new one I took it apart to check for cracks I found none. however, in the process I found a dead bird in the combustion air pipe that was causing the malfunction a simple fix remove bird, and it would have been fine. instead, it cost me $6500 for a furnace I really did not need. I Contacted the service manager who gave me nothing but grief. I will not do any new business with them."

An much more to do with re-hanging drapery, assembling armoires, bench for bedding and re-hanging closet drapery. Then much more in bathroom with drywall repair, painting, installation of new vanity, and bathroom flooring. Then onto living room after that laundry room. Etc. "This company was recommended to us by several people. Unfortunately, over about 1.5 years of having them perform various services on our home (replacing the furnace, working on the in-ground heating and also repairing some drains in the garage) we are left worse off and thousands of dollars spent with poor outcomes. The furnace was installed improperly which caused an issue when the A/C was used the following spring which resulted in water damage to our basement. This went on multiple times and had to call the company out multiple times before they finally corrected it. The drains that were "fixed" still leak water. The in-ground heating was repaired but they did not have a correct valve part. Once this was finally re-installed the person installing it did not know how to work the system or show us how to use it. We are now calling out someone again on a Saturday to try and figure out the problem. Not a good company"
