Our fence was the same design and not originally in scope for our neighbor’s project, but we decided to go in together with our neighbor on repairing all fencing. I can only imagine how complicated it can be to have multiple homeowners as clients and to manage multiple billing for the clients, but they did a fantastic, seamless job here. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
