"Platinum General Construction LLC was contacted after two initially hired contractors were incompetent in providing the remodeling services needed for our bathroom remodel in Dec/Jan 2025. Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. We were pleased that Platinum got our project back on track and finished after dealing with the mis-steps of our original contractors."

"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate. Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate.
