"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. Gil and Oliver both were very thorough in figuring out what needed to be done, and every step of the way if there was ever any ambiguity, they asked questions and came up with great solutions for everything that came up. I have never before had such a good experience with a home renovation, and I wish all contractors were as good as them. My project was fairly involved, with a complete renovation of my kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, and yet the whole process took under a month to get done, and it was done right the first time. Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate. Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate. "Great company for jobs big and small. They give you an estimated quote and try to come as close as possible depending on how long the project last and any changes. They supervise the sub contractors and have a long list of reliable and reputable subs. I thought the quality of woodwork and tile work was very superior. Overall very satisfied with our kitchen remodel, basement remodel and small jobs such as new molding or painting. I would definitely use again in the future."

"Overall a good experience. We hired ACS to take down and rebuild a brick pillar supporting our front porch. Gary's crew was excellent. Although they only spoke Spanish they were helpful and did a good job communicating as much as they could about what they were doing and/or had done. We're very happy with the end product. Gary stayed true to his quote and the contract price. The project was more involved than I expected, but they came through and completed it on budget. My only complaint is that Gary was hard to get a hold of at times."

"We hired this company to replace our carpet with laminated floor. They started on time and did a great job, but they never came back to finish the job. I called them and emailed but they never responded. My husband reached out to them multiple times, and they stopped responding to him also. My regret is paying them before the job is done."
