On the morning they arrived, they immediately started demo. It was done in less than an hour. And they got one bathroom completely tiled in one day. The next day, the grouted, placed the vanity and the toilet. Done. They finished the upstairs bathroom in the same kind of timeframe. Another great thing about them was their ability to adapt to challenges. The vanity had to be altered due to the placement of existing plumbing. No problem for these guys. When one vanity was delayed, they came back the next day (Saturday) to install. We were wowed by the quality of service and the final product!"

Courteous, highly skilled, great communication, fair price, and works HARD until the job is done -- and done to his very high standards. Alex and his brother dove in with a great attitude even to our brutal, nasty, old-house-bathroom demo that had to go down to the studs. They started on a Saturday and worked straight through the following weekend to get us back in our bathroom as soon as possible. He called us in regularly to consult on key decisions, and his design instincts are great. Along with being a top-notch tile setter (lasers, wet saw -- the tech you want to see) he has the requisite carpentry and core plumbing skills that can come up on a tile job, including built-in niches with proper structural support, and raising the entire floor so the floor tile met the hallway floor perfectly. He did the entire wainscot in Durarock (not everyone would!) and the rest in mold-resistent sheetrock. When he wasn't sure he could get the mudding meeting our old ceiling as perfect as he wanted, he subbed out at no extra cost to me to a friend who is an expert (and who also was terrific to work with). There are no cut corners (except for the perfectly mitred ones Vlad can achieve with the wet saw!). First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. Then we do a final hot water extraction with 230 degrees of water and a mild rinsing agent. We have 20 years of experience in the business. I am a owner operator with many years of experience. Wait 24 to 48 hours after tiling before installing grout. This allows the thin-set adhesive to cure properly, ensuring a strong bond. Grouting too soon can cause misalignment and damage. If there's a delay, you can leave tiles ungrouted temporarily. Keep the surface clean and avoid foot traffic to prevent misalignment or cracking. This keeps your installation intact until you can grout.
