He had Xavier do the entire job. Xavier came back a couple of weeks later to tear out the bathroom shower and did an outstanding job of putting in the tile, as well as installing stone backsplash in the kitchen. He was very professional and has such an eye for detail, on top of being polite, kind, and friendly. Both Ruben and Xavier are true, caring, honest gentlemen. "We are very satisfied with our finished bathroom remodel which was done for the purpose of making a walk-in shower accessible for my husband. I would love to give a 5 star rating, but only gave a 4. The design is excellent and the final product excellent. However, shortly after the start of the project, communication and followup on sub contractor work by Living Space Design diminished resulting in unexplained delays and poor workmanship. What was supposed to be a 5 week project started to approach 3 months. We finally called Helen Burch, the owner. Should have done this sooner. She immediately responded, got things back on track, corrected work, and the bathroom was finished within a week."
