"I hired them to put my home back together after the hurricane. The work completed was not professional AT ALL. Huge regret and disappointment. They never completed my ?punch list? I?ve tried to contact them repeatedly after they received their payment they no longer responded to me. The work that was completed within 6 months of living back in the home because a light swipe against the wall the paint comes off. You can put a piece of regular scotch tape on the wall and it will take off paint looks like they did one lousy coat that?s it but charged an arm and a leg, I still have holes in drywall around light fixture in bathroom, when installing cabinets they covered an AC vent, and worst of all I paid $10,500 for luxury vinyl flooring that started lifting within a few months living there! My home was only 1,300sqft that?s a lot of money to pay for flooring and it not last at all! I am suppose to have a ?warranty? they refuse to responded back to me. "

And they didnt require alot of extra material because they are experts and they know what they are doing. Their installation cost was much more reasonable than other installers i checked out. Chip even boxed up the off planks so I return and get money back, No waste at all!! I have worked with alot of trades over the years, we have a construction co. in Illinois. These guys are absolute professionals. The TOPS!!!!!"
