"Lissette and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a general idea of what I wanted in each room, and she did a great job of helping to visualize the output and suggesting things to make it even better. She went above and beyond in every category to provide a quality product and make our house feel more like a home. Even our dog loved the entire crew! I feel very fortunate to have found her and will not hesitate to use her again for future projects!"

"I had an issue (giant bubble of laminate pushed above the sub-floor) left behind by a previous contractor. I was lucky enough to get on the schedule quickly due to another project happening nearby. The team was professional and got the job done in outstanding fashion! I've decided I'm going to hire these folks when I get ready to refinish my hardwood floors in the rest of the house!"

"Unbelievable work. Was recommended though friends who raved about how awesome Richard was. We reached out and he quoted us less than half the price of another quote we were considering. And then he got the job done faster than the previous quote as well"

"Crowder Law concrete were some of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. They listened and communicated well. They are concise and accurate with everything they do. I like how they would make suggestions on my original plan that worked much better. They worked with integrity and honesty. One of the projects another contractor complemented on it saying it was the best work he had seen for what he needed. They are timely and will work all day to get the project done in a timely fashion. I was really impressed with their willingness to speak with other contractors and inspectors to make sure they were working to required specs. I would highly recommend this company. I am very pleased with both projects they did."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
