They came Monday morning and got to work. The guys were polite and did a quick walk-through beforehand. "They are not bonded or licensed with City of Springfield! Owner will probably try to dispute this so I will put the phone number for City of Springfield Service department here. You can call and see for yourself. 937-525-5800 They were taking a tree down in my neighbor's yard and let the tree fall on my fence, damaging the fence and ripping my power lines down! Never provided proof of insurance when I asked which probably means they dont have any! Avoid this fly by night company. Owner offered to send workers back to "fix" the fence but would you let these clowns back on your property?"

They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."
