"Ray came on a Saturday and spent 3 hours trying to fix my water heater. I was without a hot water for 10 days due to the insurance company not being able to secure a contractor. Ray showed up and even called the insurance company to make sure the service is covered. He ended up spending 2 hours more but he wanted to make sure my family had hot water after he leaves. He changed the heating elements and we were able to finally shower with a hot water."
