The driving factor for us was how organized the process was. 1 person coordinating, 1 project manager, 1 point of contact. These guys had someone for everything. Everything was done in a timely manner. They are open to suggestions throughout the project and suggestions are made as well. We touched on everything and the end result is amazing. We are extremely happy to have chosen home genius. Another factor and maybe the most important was the warranty the backs up everything. It’s also transferable. Pricing is comparable to other offers within other companies in this quality bracket. Home Genius is at the top of that bracket. I’d highly recommend Home Genius to anybody for their home projects whatever they might be. "

"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. He explained in detailed was the job entails the cost the square footage the ups downs pros cons the training and support is consistent with each person I spoke to this Company is worth your time your job needs and the opportunity to do your work they show great care and they take heart having this mindset and approach your money will be well spent. "I am extremely dissatisfied with Power Home Remodeling, and I am at a loss for where to begin.​ I added 2 pictures with the rest of my review to describe every detail of our siding and windows projects as it was too long to post here. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2 PICTURES I ATTACHED WITH THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Overall, the work is subpar at best! It's not worth the money. In my profession, I've been a project manager; I would've never signed off on an incomplete and unprofessional job like this. It's a rushed and botched job. I called Power Home Remodeling this morning (4/3/25) to request they come out to fix 2 things that were obvious to the eye. The earliest they can come is June 13, 2025. Then, when my electrician was here to give me a quote on hooking up our pool, he noticed that the electrical work he had done on the outside of the house (clamping down the new wires to our updated electrical panel) - Power Home Remodeling left all the electrical wires unclamped! Then when we were in the backyard, and I was looking at the back of the house, I started to notice a lot of things out of place. Gaps in the siding, bulging siding, siding that is coming out of place, etc. Remind you, the siding was only done in October 2024, and it's April 2025! Now I have to call Power Home Remodeling again to let them know that I caught 28 additional things besides the 2 things I called them about this morning. Again, this job was not worth the money; they sold us on things that we truly didn't have, like a dedicated project manager who would check the completed project, and there was such a lack of professionalism. I've worked with many contractors in the past, and by far, this was the absolute worst experience! The company has provided poor service and unprofessional work. Even though a Project Manager finally came out in October 2024, it's April of 2025 and I've noticed 30 additional things that they did not notice (it's their job to find these flaws in the project). Not only did they fail to meet basic expectations, but they also sold us on promises, such as the presence of a dedicated project manager, which they did not fulfill. We deserve to have these issues resolved promptly, and they should significantly reduce our bill (by thousands of dollars) to reflect the subpar work. We paid $44,000 for a project that was rushed and poorly executed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and intend to pursue this issue until it is resolved."

"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer.
