Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing, oil fire chimney, non gas chimney
"Peter replied promptly with a phone call soon after I entered my information about what I needed to have done. He seemed polite and knowledgeable. I told him I needed a chimney liner and cap installed and also some minor masonry work done of about 1 1/2 feet up from the base of my chimney in my cellar as some of the mortar between the bricks had worked its way out over the years from vibrations of tractor trailer rigs driving over a slightly raised man hole cover in the road in front of my house. He gave me a fair price on the liner and installation & did the mortar work at the base of my chimney at no extra cost. He installed a better cap than the one that came with the liner also at no extra cost to me & he took pictures of it afterwards with his phone to show to me. After he finished the job Peter and his helper cleaned everything up nicely. The project turned out great and I highly recommend Peter and All County Maintenance! I would hire him again if I ever needed work done on my chimney in the future."

"Peter from Statewide did a great job at my home. He removed 2 skylights and covered up the holes with wood/shingles. He was courteous, on-time, did what he said he would do, and the work was high quality. I would recommend Peter and Statewide to any of my friends and family."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
