"Although I felt a little stupid,they didn't make me feel stupid *S* Anyhow, David came over as sort of a "pre appointment" to survey the problem. It turned out all I needed was a new filter and the sound was corrected. Apparently, the "better" filters can restrict airflow and cause the noise...that's why I felt stupid. I tried to give him money for his time and effort, as I didn't need a full blown service call, but he refused. I took his card and not only will use him for my furnace and air conditioning needs in the future, but will recommend him highly to everyone and anyone I talk to."

The only company that provided an itemized quote, listing every piece of equipment and service and the price. Ben, Steve, and Greg were very professional and skilled at their trade.
