During the consultation, he explained what the issues were and what was causing my roof to leak. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions which I appreciated. Day of roof install, he checked in with me throughout the day and gave me updates on the progress. His team was professional throughout the whole process. At end of the install, he showed me pictures of the roof so I could see the finished project. Overall, I appreciate how easy this process was and how helpful and professional Michael and his team were throughout."

"The owner came and gave me free estimates to do Chimney Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and fixing some roof shingles. Then, due to weather and staffing issues, they had to reschedule my work for few times. At one point, I asked them whether they are going to take care of me or do I need to look for someone else. The owner told me sorry and said he will compensate multiple rescheduling by doing my work free of charge.
