"Long story short I manage a lot or real estate so last week I called for service. I was told the owner Harold would visit the property in Mandeville and call with a quote. A week has passed, and I hadn't heard back from Gator Sand so I called for an update. I was simply blown away by the level of unprofessionalism I was met with by the girl who answered the phone. ( when asked she refused to give me her name) She was nothing but rude, short ( I felt attached) and she couldn't be bothered to even pull my file. I did tell her "sounds like you're having a bad day" she then responded with such venom I asked to speak with someone else. She then slammed the phone in my ear. This rudeness was pushed further when she called my office back and told my assistant Harold told her to tell us find someone else. ( We had already done so) I manage 150 + properties and deal with companies daily and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but unprofessional and rude. Any business owner who allows their staff to mistreat potential clients like this do not deserve anyone's business.
