Frank responded to my inquiry within 2 hours and was able to come out the next business day (made appointment saturday and theyâ re closed Sundays.) Not only was he punctual, but he was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained exactly what was wrong to make sure I understood. He got was able to get the part I needed and complete the repair in the same day all within 4 hours! He was an absolute joy to work with and his pricing is unbelievably affordable. Frank officially has my business for life, cannot recommend him enough!!"

"Called shortly after 'request for quote' submitted. Was available immediately, stated all aspects of the price (reasonable) during the phone conversation, also during which the hiring was completed. Came the next day exactly on time, was thorough, and efficient but not hurried, described every aspect of what he as doing and learning. Was not fazed when 'challenges' encountered, just tried something else which cleared the blockage. Gave some advise about small repairs I could do myself, advise about good practices to minimize future problems, and a ball park estimate for future work should the problem for this hundred year old house crop up again. Incredibly nice young gentleman. Taggart Plumbing, even though a young company, is on the top of my list should I need future plumbing services."

"Frank was quick to respond on time and he found things that I didn't even call about! While he was there he looked at the furnace and found a huge hole in the exhaust pipe that was obviously arrested situation that another company who serviced my furnace for the last 2 years never saw. He said that whole didn't happen overnight that was probably 3 to 4 maybe 5 years in the making so no one else caught it And has probably been the source of my bad headaches in the fall and winter!! He is also very polite and personable. And very knowledgeable."
