I was very pleased with the job they did I would highly recommend J.D Carpentry for any carpenter projects you may have"

"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

"My husband and I hired Tim as our contractor to gut renovate our kitchen and laundry room as well as install a HVAC system at our 1926 Cape-style home in Osterville. Tim completed the project on budget and within our timeline. He was also very easy to work with, always communicating with us and going above and beyond to quote multiple sub-contractors. He’s also very trustworthy. This being our summer residence, Tim completed the work for us off season will full access to our house. He made sure everything was kept clean and secure. Tim also saved us money by doing some of the work himself. He did some of the framing, duct and stove vent installation, and helped with the kitchen cabinet trim work. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."
