"Had a basement door installed and needed the finish work completed. Kris came and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We contracted Kris and he started our project in a timely manner. He arrived on time with his helper and completed the job in one day. His efforts included finishing the drywall, installing woodwork and painting and staining as necessary. The work performed was outstanding and beyond my expectations. Every detail was exacting and done to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and eager to meet to meet all our needs. With a select list of contacts (electricians/plumbers/hvac), most jobs can be completed with one phone call. We will start with a signed estimate and discuss payment at that point. Most projects I will invoice upon successful and satisfactory completion.

His estimates were lower than the actual final cost. The reason why the estimate were low, some parts of the job changed after they were made."
