Unlike many pest companies we're not going to make you sign a year long contract! We don't to service agreements of any sort; we are a one time treatment service. We are family owned & operated. "I normally don’t do this but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. Their back office administration is atrocious. I was a faithful customer for more than a year. I received invoices about half the time, was never notified when service was planned, payments made online were not easy and the left hand didn’t seem to ever know what the right hand was doing. I was in the process of selling my house when a technician came out to my house. The gentleman knocked on the door and asked if I still wanted service since he saw a for sale sign in the yard. I told him yes but this would be the last one since we were moving. Thereafter, I tried calling the office to tell them I needed to discontinue my service but could never get through - had to leave a voicemail message where I advised on the recording I was discontinuing my service. When I didn’t get a response, I submitted an inquiry through their website, again telling them I was discontinuing my service. Fast forward several weeks and I get a sign in my yard that a service was rendered that day! I AGAIN call the office and left a message that I needed someone to call me back immediately because they are not hearing me. A few days later, I get a call from the office. I explained my issue and the lengths to which I tried to cancel my service. She apologized and said she would close the account and waive the charges for my last unwelcomed service. I move….several months go by and I start to get calls from this company. We play phone tag for awhile and I leave return messages more than once that I had discontinued my service, spoke to office personnel and was told this matter had been resolved. Well, last week escalated to a whole new level when I get a letter from a collection agency! I am not going to fight with these people any more over $56. Clearly they need it more than I do. While I will begrudgingly pay this, I will also use my voice to warn other would be customers of my experience. I do not recommend NexGreen. Their lawn service is mediocre, at best and their customer service was BIG negative for me."

Small animal pest control services FAQs
Pest control professionals can use poisonous bait, set traps, fumigate, or a combination of these treatments to get rid of moles. Depending on the method, they will return to remove the bodies or release the moles in a suitable environment far from your home (at least 5 miles). You can try to remove moles yourself using traps and repellents, but if you're dealing with a large infestation, it's better to hire a professional.
"Moles are attracted to a yard rich in food sources and loose, moist soil. They are drawn by abundant grubs, earthworms, and insects that make a nourishing meal for them. Moist, well-drained soil also enables easy tunneling, which further encourages these animals to inhabit your yard. Recognizing these factors can help you understand why moles appear on your property."
To make your yard less attractive to moles, alter your landscape to remove the conditions they favor. Install deep barriers around garden beds, clear out debris such as tree stumps and dead leaves, and manage grub populations actively. Incorporate plants known to deter moles, such as daffodils, marigolds, and garlic, to significantly discourage their presence.
Moles pose minimal danger to you. They do not carry rabies and do not bite humans under normal circumstances. Their impact is confined to creating tunnels that may cause minor lawn damage. In the event of a bite, immediate medical care is recommended to prevent infection and to ensure proper treatment, although bites are extremely uncommon.
