Mark was knowledgeable with the system I chose and his all-in price was very competitive. The system was installed within one week of my initial call to Mark. There were some technical issues with the system and Mark was very responsive in sending his team out for diagnostics. Turned out the problem was with Pump Spy's monitoring system and nothing Mark's guys had done during installation. Problem was resolved with Pump Spy Tech Support and system is working fine. I would definitely recommend Stay Dry Waterproofing for any back up sump installation."
