"I chose to go with company based on their seemingly good reviews. I bought a home and didn’t like the kitchen pendant lights so I purchased a new set of lights and needed them swapped out. We also bought a hot tub to put where the previous owners had a hot tub- breaker box already existed I just needed them to wire it in, for those two services I was charged 2000$. As a new homeowner I assumed that was standard. I recently needed additional electrical work for a separate project, and decided to go with a different company. Out of curiosity I asked them to give a quote on hanging 2 pendant lights and wiring in a hot tub, they quoted me 300-400$. I was robbed in plain sight by hero services. Their prices are astronomical and very unrealistic for their electric services. Hoping to save another person from making the same mistake I did. Truly disappointing and wrong."
