We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. "My husband and I hired Tim as our contractor to gut renovate our kitchen and laundry room as well as install a HVAC system at our 1926 Cape-style home in Osterville. Tim completed the project on budget and within our timeline. He was also very easy to work with, always communicating with us and going above and beyond to quote multiple sub-contractors. He’s also very trustworthy. This being our summer residence, Tim completed the work for us off season will full access to our house. He made sure everything was kept clean and secure. Tim also saved us money by doing some of the work himself. He did some of the framing, duct and stove vent installation, and helped with the kitchen cabinet trim work. We would definitely hire Tim for another project and highly recommend his services. Two pictures are the ‘before’ and two pictures are the ‘after’. "

We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day. My step-father was a builder and I learned from him that there are right ways and wrong ways to do a job. Dave and Andrew did things the right way, and never cut corners. I highly recommend Green Island Homes. Also, I got 4 bids on this job and their price was very fair."
