"I asked these guys to give me second opinion after my regular maintenance company wanted to shut off my system as unsafe although they could not show any parameter that was unsafe but were really working to sell me a new furnace. Cincinnati furnace came out and patiently showed me there was nothing wrong with my furnace and in fact it s in excellent condition. These guys know their stuff and are honest! What more is needed!"
