He was very very detail oriented, explained everything he would do, and did exactly everything as promised. His crew worked diligently every day they were here, and I could not be more pleased with the work they did day in and day out. My bathroom came out so much better than I can ever imagine. We had a problem with the vanity having some damage upon delivery, and Jakob went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted and not settle for anything less. He gave us his opinion on decorative ideas but was never pushy abt anything. Everything was as we requested to a tee!!! Thank you Jakob and please thank the guys for the hard work they did in making my bathroom what it is.. PERFECT!"

"Luan cleaned and repaired my gutters. Luan was responsive and gave me a fair and competitive quote for the work. He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."
