"We had a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Our plumber of 40+ years retired, and we didn't care for the firm that bought his business - they were messy. So I tried Angi's. TJ was he first to call and said he could be here that evening. After snaking the drain for quite some time, he closed it all up, shone a flashlight on the plastic pipe and watched the water fill the pipe. Next he started to remove the Studor vent, and once he removed it the drain emptied instantly. He suggested we replace it with another unit. His next remark got me: he said that had he checked the Studor vent first, he would have identified it as the problem and wouldn't have had to snake the drain. He said he was taking $100 off the price! He next offered to come back with a new vent for a charge or I could just pick one up. I asked him to do it. When he returned, the new vent was also a problem if screwed down all the way. He put some plumbers tape around it and didn't make it too tight. PERFECT!"

"I had to hire another cesspool co. My toilet wouldn?t flush and was insisting on me to get a new cesspool. A different company came this afternoon on time. Did say that I could use a new cesspool too. But when I told him my toilet couldn?t flush this co asked why couldn?t the co that came yesterday do it? I said I don?t know. When the new co lifted the lid up , they asked why didn?t the other co yesterday put treatment in my cesspool. They then came inside, unclogged the toilet and treated the cesspool for less money. "
