C&E answered my call and scheduled the next available appointment. Matthew was professional and assessed the washer hoes was clogged and needed cleaning. Matthew did an excellent job cleaning up the area without dripping water over the tile and hardwood floor. Charged a standard trip fee and labor rate which was reasonable. Would have liked same day service or weekend service."
