"Clay’s always does a thorough, quick and commendable job. The office staff is accommodating when needing to schedule service, the communication regarding the arrival time of the tech is spot-on, the the tech clearly explains what he did, next steps (if any), and will even review the systems performance after previous repair/service. "Chris and his assistant James arrived on time as planed. They started to work as soon as they arrived. Chris reviewed with me the complete job. He estimated the work would take between 3 or 4 hours and in was done in 3.5 hours. I felt the work was completed with high quality of craftsmanship and care. "During the recent heavy rainfall one of our two sump pumps died. It was Sunday morning and I called Rightway and got their voicemail. I did not leave a message since their message said that their hours of operation were weekdays. I planned to call back on Monday. To my surprise Al called me back as he was checking missed calls. He walked me through several options to try and restart the pump but this was not successful. Al sent out one of his crews first thing Monday morning and replaced the sump pump free of charge as it was under a lifetime warranty.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
