"my air conditioner was turning off due to freezing up = Originally Kerry Harris came out to do maintenance - He did no maintenance - all he did was try to sell me service work i did not need . He never checked the Freon levels - after giving the serivce call a negative review to Home Depot Tracy called and was very helpful - She sent Rodney out who check thing out and realized the unit needed freon . With 24 hours of Rodney coming to service the unit it was repaired - it simply needed Freon - this could have been solved wit h the first visit but it took 10 days fro the problem to be solved . I feel that Tracy and & Rodney had very good customer service ability . i WOULD NOW RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BASED ON THEIR HANDLING OF THE PROBLEM . I should not have been inconvenienced for 10 days but the end result wsa good service ."
