We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! "I originally contacted Jay Cope of Abate Retoration. I had water coming in my basement from a crawlspace and basement windows, that I had another party attempt to fix. Adrian and Jay work together. These guys are amazing. The stiuation was analyzed, and quoted in a few days time. I was sold on the service the first day. They also did an encapsulation and covering of 9" tiles on an upstairs floor. They worked super hard and put in long days, as I had an environmental inspection deadline to meet.
